Paella valenciana
(Meat or Seafood)
One of the most famous and favourite dishes from the Valencia region.
Rice, vegetables with meat or fish!

Coca de tomate
Home made crispy dough filled with tomato, peppers, tuna, pine nuts and herbs.

Tortilla de patata
Very simple and delicious potatoes and eggs. We can also make the potato and onion version.

Arroz al horno
Oven rice dish with black pudding, pork ribs, garlic, tomatoes and potatoes. Hearty winter meal!

Albondigas de carne
Pork Meat balls in a red peppers and tomato sauce with some interesting spices in the mince meat.

Croquetas de bacalao
Cod, parsley and potato croquets.

Estofado de atún
Stew style dish with potatoes, green peppers, onions, tomatoes, leeks and fresh tuna.

Croquetas de pollo
Chicken croquets old style bechamel.

Calamares rellenos de carne
An Exciting dish! squid filled with pork stuffing in onions & white wine sauce.

If you want to practice your holiday Spanish we can tailor the workshop to be a basic or advanced Spanish conversation class - at no extra charge!
Cristina is also a language teacher which can come in handy for this!
